Generative and agentic AI presents a huge opportunity for our clients to reinvent sales and service.

This is a high growth area for the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG), triggered by Microsoft’s significant investments in AI via Copilot and agents, and the continued expansion of the Dynamics 365 platform. As a result, we have created a new Senior Manager Technical Architect role to help our clients discover and assess the potential of the Microsoft Customer Engagement solutions, and to develop the architecture and roadmap required to deliver the platform across their organisation.

In this highly visible role, you will envision and design innovative solutions and services for Accenture’s enterprise clients. You act as their trusted advisor, taking ownership of the technical architecture within the solution from early‑stage meetings through the delivery lifecycle.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• Confident operating as the lead technical architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including sales and service.
• Client focus: experience leading client envisioning and solution assessment workshops to define high level architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Collaboration: draw in SMEs across the Accenture Microsoft Business Group and Avanade with expertise in key areas including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Data & AI and Security.
• Orchestrate offshore technical architects and delivery centres to shape winning solutions.
• Partner with customer strategy & consulting teams to drive and shape innovative roadmaps that deliver value for our clients.
• Thought leadership: as a knowledgeable member of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 community, you work with the Microsoft product group, global blackballs and tech specialists to bring latest innovations to our team and clients.

Technical Skills

• Customer Engagement solutions experience including Dynamics 365 Sales and Service.
• Use of Power Platform and Copilot Studio to develop AI‑first solutions to client problems.
• Experience working with key ISVs in the sales and service categories.
• Expert knowledge of Azure integration services; strong knowledge of Azure AI services.
