D365 Delivery Manager – £90,000
THE COMPANY:
A fast-growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner with a strong presence across the UK, specialising in Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. They support organisations across Finance, Manufacturing, Production, and Warehouse operations, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality solutions and driving operational excellence.
THE ROLE:
We are looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery team.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, ensuring consistency and quality of output
- Act as the key link between Team Leaders and senior leadership
- Manage escalations, remove blockers, and balance workloads across projects
- Drive delivery standards, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
THE CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery, or senior Project role
- Strong background delivering ERP projects, ideally within Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Experience managing multiple teams, workstreams, and competing customer priorities
- Confident in handling escalations, resolving issues, and driving successful outcomes
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
THE OFFER:
- £85,000–£90,000
