Overview

Aubay is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our global client in the Financial Services sector. This role requires someone passionate about delivering high-quality solutions across the full project lifecycle—from ideation through transition and handover. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, capable of connecting the dots between scope, product, requirements, architecture/design, cross-functional delivery teams, end-to-end planning, and governance. We are looking for someone who excels in stakeholder management, thrives under pressure, and can motivate both themselves and others to achieve results in complex environments.

This role requires the successful candidate to be onsite in Solihull three days a week; this is a non-negotiable requirement.
