  • Large Business Data Analytics – identifying tax risks across large businesses
  • Data Analytics Team (DAT) – analysis and insight across populations to support decision‑making

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead analytical projects end‑to‑end (from defining the problem to delivering insight)
  • Choose and assure the right analytical methods (statistics, modelling and coding approaches)
  • Build reproducible, scalable analytical products (workflows, dashboards, models)
  • Quality‑assure analysis and provide constructive feedback
  • Embed good practice in data governance, documentation, testing and ethical use
  • Present complex findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships to shape the right questions and deliver meaningful impact
  • Support and develop colleagues, strengthening analytical capability across the team

Experience & Qualifications

  • Delivering high‑quality analysis using statistical/analytical techniques
  • Communicating complex findings clearly, including in challenging discussions
  • Managing data projects effectively (planning, adapting ways of working, stakeholder updates)
  • Developing coded analysis solutions in Python, R or Base SAS (with testing and documentation)
  • Applying good judgement around data quality, governance and ethics
