CyberArk Engineer

We’re looking for a strong CyberArk Engineer to get hands-on in a major PAM transformation within a leading professional services company.

This isn’t a support role. The environment is shifting from on-prem into a CyberArk SaaS-first model, and they need someone who can actually build, configure, and integrate — not just follow a design.

There’s existing capability in BeyondTrust on-prem, but the direction is CyberArk cloud. You’ll be working alongside architecture and delivery teams to turn that into something real.

What you’ll be doing:

• Implementing and configuring CyberArk SaaS components (SRS, SWS, SCA, Secure Infrastructure Access)
• Supporting the build-out of a cloud-first PAM solution while maintaining integration with BeyondTrust
• Setting up and managing environments (dev, test, prod) and supporting release activity
• Handling connectivity setup — gateways, access routes, and secure network flows
• Configuring identity and authentication, including MFA and privileged access policies
• Supporting session management, access controls, and privileged account onboarding
• Making sure everything is stable, secure, and actually works in practice

There’s a heavy integration piece, so you’ll be working across:

• ServiceNow
• Identity governance tooling (Point Identity)
• Monitoring and logging via Splunk and Datadog
• AWS and Azure environments

What they need:

• Solid hands-on CyberArk engineering experience (ideally including SaaS components)
• Experience working in PAM programmes, not just standalone deployments
• Understanding of how CyberArk fits into a wider enterprise environment
• Ability to integrate across identity, cloud, and ITSM tooling
• Someone who can get stuck in, solve problems, and keep things moving

You’ll be working in a fast-moving programme where things aren’t fully nailed down yet, so being proactive and comfortable figuring things out as you go is important.
