As an Assistant IT Manager you will play a key role in shaping and executing the IT strategy, focusing on service delivery, infrastructure, information security, business continuity, and project management.

Key Experience

• Managed technologies and providing administrative assistance for various systems
• Controlled and monitored data, network access and backed‑up systems
• IT troubleshooting and provision of technical support
• Negotiating and communicating with third‑party providers for new software and troubleshooting
• Problem resolution and communicating clearly
