Stock Condition Surveyor & DEA (Kent) – 12m Contract

TSA Surveying Ltd is seeking a qualified Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for a long-term contract in Kent. The role involves conducting Stock Condition and RDSAP surveys across a portfolio of over 3,000 properties. This position is paid per survey, is outside IR35, and requires a qualified DEA.
