We’re seeking a commercially minded Pre‑Sales Engineer who thrives in complex customer environments and can translate business challenges into scalable, cloud‑based CX solutions.
This role sits at the centre of direct and channel sales, accelerating qualification, strengthening technical credibility, and improving win rates across enterprise and mid‑market opportunities. You will operate across cloud contact centre platforms, AI‑enabled CX journeys, and secure customer interaction environments.

Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Qualification
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners.
- Identify integration complexity and architectural dependencies.
- Qualify opportunities with structured discipline.
- Surface risks early to avoid downstream impact.
- Produce high quality, High‑Level Designs (HLDs) diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Design scalable CCaaS and ElasticCX architectures.
- Support RFP and tender processes.
- Ensure feasibility prior to commercial commitment.
Demonstration & Technical Positioning
- Translate platform capability into business value.
- Support executive‑level and technical stakeholder engagement.
- Enable and onboard channel partners.
- Deliver partner workshops and solution briefings.
- Maintain alignment with structured sales and governance processes.
- Reduce friction across qualification and proposal cycles.
Secure & Regulated Environments
- Design solutions for secure customer interaction use cases.
- Engage confidently with IT, security, and governance stakeholders.
- Align architectures with best practice and compliance standards.
Skills & Experience
- Proven Pre‑Sales or Solutions Engineering experience.
- Strong CCaaS architecture knowledge.
- Strong understanding of integrations and multi‑platform environments.
- Confident delivering workshops and demonstrations.
- Structured documentation discipline.
- Experience with leading CCaaS platforms (e.g. Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Webex).
- Exposure to secure customer interaction environments.
- Experience supporting formal RFP processes.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven CX automation.
