Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious and qualified Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS / MRICS) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will primarily undertake residential Home Surveys (Level 2 & 3). If you are a Registered Valuer some valuation work (Help to Buy etc) will be available.
You’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across a variety of services, including:
- Schedules of Condition
- Dilapidations
Training can be provided where needed, and for the right person there will be opportunities to get involved in project work too.
Additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- AutoCAD
- Building Regulations
- Retrofit and energy efficiency
The ideal candidate must be:
- AssocRICS or MRICS (RICS Valuer status is advantageous)
- SAVA students at the end of their training will be considered.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
The role involves travel to and from the office, home, and various sites. A clean driving licence and your own insured and taxed vehicle are essential. Home‑based working will be considered for the right candidate.
