Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter. In this role, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across operational and functional positions primarily for the US market. Working in a fully remote setup, you will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes, proactively source talent, and build strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced environment. You will support a globally recognised investment firm known for its strong market presence and commitment to excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Apply end‑to‑end recruitment expertise to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes for senior and complex roles.
- Use market insights and consultative skills to guide hiring managers on attraction strategies, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
- Lead vacancy consultations, defining role requirements, sourcing activities, DEI considerations, and the full recruitment plan.
- Collaborate in narrowing and reviewing shortlists, ensuring all candidates meet the quality and capability expectations of the business.
- Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience from first conversation through to offer and onboarding.
- Manage complex offer processes and negotiations, advising hiring managers with insight and sound judgment.
- Support demand planning, talent pipelining, and workforce forecasting with client resourcing leads.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices to uplift recruitment delivery across the team.
Skills & Requirements
Must‑haves
- Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end recruitment for specialist and hard‑to‑fill roles within Mid/Back Office Financial Services and/or Wealth & Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of key sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CV databases, digital sourcing channels).
- Proven ability to engage and assess candidates directly from the market and build high‑quality shortlists.
- Strength in stakeholder management, communication, problem‑solving, and influencing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, recruitment technology, and MS Office.
