We are now looking for a Claims Auditor to join our team based out of either our London or Nottingham office.

This role will be working closely with the Claims Quality Manager to enhance business performance and ensure alignment with tactical and strategic goals, helping define and deliver the quality standards review and execution of risk‑based claims audits, including follow‑up and closure of any remedial actions, and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience and understanding within claims best practice frameworks and experience within the claims environment—either as a claims handler, auditor or administrator. You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders of different levels. This is a role ideal for someone who is organised, resilient, keen to work collaboratively with the wider team and able to work to short and often adjusting deadlines. Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and insurance experience would be beneficial.
