Overview
SURVEY SUCCESS SPECIALIST — COPTRZ | LEEDS CITY CENTRE
If you're a surveyor or geomatics engineer who's ready for more than the same workflows on the same projects — this is your move.
Who we are
Coptrz are the UK's drone experts. We live and breathe this technology — from enterprise survey and inspection to training and certification. Our customers rate us 4.9 out of 5. We\'ve been recognised as a Best Place to Work for multiple years running. And we\'re just getting started.
We operate by four GOLD values: Grow, Outwork, Leverage, Disrupt. These aren\'t words on a wall — they\'re how we operate every day, especially in geospatial, where we\'re actively disrupting the market rather than watching others do it.
What’s in it for you
- Real career progression: Move from executing survey work to shaping how the UK\'s leading drone business delivers it — with a clear path toward leading the function.
- Hands-on with the drone world\'s newest platforms, before most of the industry has seen them.
- Your name on what you build: Author reference workflows and training content that set the UK benchmark — not ghost work for someone else\'s portfolio.
- Respected as an expert: A craftsman/expert appointment. Valued for your knowledge — not pushed into a sales persona.
- A fully supported structured pass programme for one of the most restrictive geospatial credentials in the UK — completed as part of the role.
- A brilliant place to work: Young, vibrant, dynamic office in Leeds city centre. A team that genuinely outworks and outcares the competition.
The role in plain terms
- Deliver enterprise-grade survey workflows across GNSS/RTK, LiDAR, photogrammetry and SLAM
