Aspris Children's Services are currently recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home in the outskirts of Wrexham.
Our three-bed, detached home is a special place supporting young people aged between 8 and 17 years with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change their lives in a safe, caring, loving and family environment.
We are looking for a confident leader who enjoys developing teams, bringing stability, and moving services forward. The home needs consistent, supportive leadership to rebuild confidence, embed good practice, and create a positive culture for both staff and young people.
The role
As Registered Manager you have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the home, including:
- Safeguarding
- Quality
- Compliance
- Team development.
- A key focus will be supporting and developing staff, setting clear expectations, and creating a calm, well‑run service.
You won’t be doing this alone – you’ll be backed by an experienced leadership team as well as specialist support from wider Aspris teams.
