Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Ward 1, Long Term Conditions wards, Woodland View Hospital (within the grounds of Ayrshire Central Hospital).
Key responsibilities
36 hours per week, in line with Agenda for Change reduced working week. Full time, 5 days over 7. From 1 April 2026 the working week for NHS Agenda for Change staff in Scotland will be reduced; full‑time hours will reduce from 37 to 36 hours (pro‑rated for part‑time staff) without loss of earnings.
A UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Applicants must hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Practice or be willing to undertake the required training to achieve this qualification (where training is required, Annex 21 conditions will apply).
Knowledge, Training and Experience
Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. This permission is granted by the UK Visa and Immigration Service. Post holders may be eligible for visa sponsorship where the post meets the minimum salary threshold and other criteria, but sponsorship is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis following interview and pre‑employment checks.
