Requirements

You’re early in your recruitment career and ready to build something bigger. Whether you’ve already had exposure to a 180 or 360 desk, or you’ve worked in sales and want to break into recruitment, you’re ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success. An interest in Data, Cloud, or ERP recruitment is a huge plus. You’re eager to learn the US Tech market, understand what top‑tier talent looks like, and develop into a trusted specialist within your space. Target‑driven with a growth mindset.
