Tank Recruitment | Truro, Cornwall | Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,500 – £40,000 DOE + up to 30% uncapped commission (no threshold)

The Role

You\'ll manage your own Technology & Engineering recruitment desk, building client relationships and delivering talent in high-demand markets. As you grow, you\'ll have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants, shape new specialisms, and play a real part in the direction of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your own 360 recruitment desk
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Identify and grow new market opportunities
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

What We\'re Looking For

• Experience in Technology, Engineering, or professional services recruitment (desirable, but not essential, as training will be available)
• A proven billing history and a commercial, results-driven approach
• Ambitious and self-motivated, with a desire to take ownership of your career
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
