The Role
You’ll manage your own Technology & Engineering recruitment desk, building client relationships and delivering talent in high-demand markets. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants, shape new specialisms, and play a real part in the direction of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop your own 360 recruitment desk
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Identify and grow new market opportunities
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Technology, Engineering, or professional services recruitment (desirable, but not essential, as training will be available)
- A proven billing history and a commercial, results-driven approach
- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a desire to take ownership of your career
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
