- Manage a complex caseload of children under Child Protection (Section 47) and Child in Need (Section 17).
- Undertake and oversee advanced statutory assessments, risk assessments, and care planning.
- Provide practice leadership, mentoring, and support to social workers.
- Lead and contribute to strategy discussions, child protection conferences, and core group meetings.
- Prepare high-quality court reports, including involvement in Public Law Outline (PLO) and care proceedings.

- Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent)
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Post-qualifying training (desirable)
- Registration & Compliance:
- Registered with Social Work England
- Knowledge of Children Act 1989 and 2004, Working Together to Safeguard Children, and Public Law Outline (PLO)
- Enhanced DBS clearance
