The Opportunity

This is not a typical research role. You will be embedded in a high-billing, fast-paced desk, gaining direct exposure to complex, senior-level mandates across the technology landscape in the UK and Europe.

You’ll work hands-on across the full executive search lifecycle, with mentorship from consultants who bring a combined 60 years of industry experience, giving you an unmatched learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping across global technology sectors (Data, FinTech, Cyber, Infrastructure)
• Identify and engage senior and executive-level talent across competitive markets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-calibre candidates
• Support the delivery of retained executive search assignments end-to-end
• Produce high-quality candidate reports, market insights and talent intelligence
• Utilise innovative sourcing strategies and tools to uncover hard-to-reach talent
• Collaborate closely with consultants on search strategy and client delivery
• Continuously develop knowledge of global technology markets and trends

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience within executive search / high-level recruitment research
• Strong academic background and a genuine passion for learning and development
• Highly driven, proactive, and intellectually curious
• Professional communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• A resilient and adaptable mindset, with willingness to work flexibly across global time zones
• A team player who thrives in a high-performance, collaborative environment
