Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager to support the execution of RIMOND’s international marketing strategy, based in London. This role is suited to a data‑driven, commercially minded professional with experience in go‑to‑market strategy, partner marketing, and multi‑channel campaigns across international markets. The successful candidate will contribute to global growth initiatives, coordinate cross‑regional activities, and translate complex technical services into clear, market‑facing messaging.

The position supports RIMOND’s international expansion, with a focus on strengthening UK market presence, aligning marketing efforts across EMEA and Asia, and driving client engagement through targeted initiatives. The role will also contribute to strategic opportunities, including Expo Riyadh 2030, while helping improve coordination across regional marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies for international markets
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with global objectives
  • Plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships) with clear performance tracking
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop client‑facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and pitch content
  • Translate complex engineering and construction services into clear, compelling commercial narratives
  • Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement, ROI, pipeline contribution) and provide actionable insights
  • Support partner and stakeholder engagement across international markets
  • Contribute to the development and consistency of brand messaging and positioning
  • Assist in managing internal communications and alignment across global teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field – master’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, or partner marketing, ideally in international environments
  • Experience supporting multi‑region campaigns across EMEA or global markets
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and complex service offerings
  • Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in data‑driven marketing, including campaign tracking and performance analysis (e.g., ROAS, KPIs)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluency in English required
