Senior Surveyor / Associate - Property Management Surveyor

Location: Leeds
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Beach Baker is working exclusively with a leading independent firm that is seeking a Property Management Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to manage a high-quality portfolio and contribute to the continued growth of their thriving team.

The Role

You will take responsibility for a mixed portfolio of multi‑let office assets across the UK, managing all day‑to‑day property management duties. This includes:

• Ensuring tenant and lease compliance
• Budget setting and service charge management
• Managing building operations and supplier performance
• Delivering a first‑class service to landlords and occupiers

You’ll have the autonomy to run your own properties while being fully supported by an experienced, collaborative team.

You will have experience in commercial property management, ideally within a consultancy environment.
