Certain Advantage is hiring for a Technical Shopfloor Engineer based in the Broughton area. This role is on a contract basis and is site‑based.

Company

We’re working with a manufacturing business that operates in the aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry‑leading commercial aircraft, and a separate space and defence division.

Role

This role is for a Technical Shopfloor Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results‑oriented and driven to succeed.

You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Supports in identifying, analysing and solving technical issues
• Provides an E2E perspective at the shopfloor level within the production team / APT.
• Supports continuous production enablement
• Support in identifying Non‑Conformance on the shopfloor.
