Arc Elevators is a leading independent lift company, recognised for our strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth within the North West, we are seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our team, covering a dedicated Manchester-based service route.
The Role
As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a portfolio of lifts across Manchester and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a dependable, self-motivated engineer who takes pride in managing their own route while being fully supported by a progressive and people-focused business.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs on a variety of lift systems
- Diagnose faults and complete reactive works efficiently to minimise lift downtime
- Accurately complete service reports using our fully paperless system
- Ensure all work complies with current safety regulations and company procedures
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent Arc Elevators professionally at all times
- Participate in the on-call rota as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in lift servicing and minor repairs
- Strong fault-finding skills with a proactive and organised approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident using digital devices and paperless service systems (advantageous)
