ROLE

The New Product Introduction Engineer will work primarily within the NPI Team but will have key working relationships with the New Business, Production Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, QA/RA and R&D departments.

This role requires a driven and flexible individual that can multitask, plan, schedule, manage time effectively and coordinate various tasks to tight time scales. You will need to be a verbally confident candidate capable of driving internal and external presentations using PowerPoint.

You will work closely with the New Business and Supply Chain teams to ensure the timely generation of quotations for potential new business, and work closely with the production engineering and production teams for introduction of new products when new business has been won, this shall include generation and maintenance of project plans, coordinating internal resource and problem solving effectively where required through to a state of business as usual within manufacturing.

You will work closely with the QA team to generate Process Validation documentation as per the project plan requirements, these documents shall be to a satisfactory standard to pass ISO13485, FDA, MDR audits.
