What you will do
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers, including EV charging station operators, maintenance personnel, and end‑users, to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of EV charging infrastructure.
- Support the Service & Contracts teams with any tasks that may be required to ensure maximum efficiency across the wider business.
- Offer remote technical support via phone, email or remote desktop tools, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and providing resolution instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system, and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience in technical support or field service roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network‑related issues effectively.
- Ability to support Local (Scotland) and National teams with installation, maintenance and bespoke client solutions, working as part of a larger SWARCO team.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long‑term relationships with customers.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for on‑site support and willingness to work outside regular business hours as needed to support customer needs.
