Immediately required! RCM Ltd are partnering with a privately owned Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands, working on projects across the UK. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistics, educational, residential and leisure sectors.

We are looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers and Mechanical Project Engineers who would like the opportunity to work on mechanical projects from cradle to grave within the residential, distribution, high‑rise residential and educational sectors.

Responsibilities

• MEP installations and ensuring they are completed to specification and high standards.
• Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensuring a successful handover.
• Reporting into the Mechanical Director on a weekly basis.
• Providing estimates for potential tender opportunities.
• Overseeing the project from inception through to handover.
• Ensuring materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP installation/project.
• Managing direct staff and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Previous experience working for an MEP/Building Services contractor, with some estimating experience.
• NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering.
• CSCS Card.
