The Role (Mobile & Site Opportunities Available)

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
  • Conduct LOLER inspections and ensure all equipment meets compliance standards
  • Complete thorough safety checks and pre‑delivery inspections (PDI)
  • Carry out breakdowns and reactive maintenance, minimising customer downtime
  • Manage your own workload and service schedule effectively (mobile roles)
  • Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with parts departments to ensure correct parts are ordered and fitted
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Provide a high level of customer service, representing the business professionally at all times
