Package & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £42k per annum (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
- Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General Electrical and HVAC plant maintenance
- Maintenance / repairs / replacements of lighting / rewires / electrical testing and all general electrical duties including mechanical & plumbing on site
- Health and safety awareness
- Maintain on-site log books, permits & site paperwork ensuring they are completed and up to date
- Work as part of a mobile team; flexible, team-focused and client-focused
- Role based predominantly in the Glasgow area
- Callout rota on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 14 weeks)
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge & Understanding
- Knowledge of electrical systems and experience in similar Electrical / HVAC / Maintenance Engineer roles
- Facilities Maintenance background and experience in similar environments
- Knowledge and experience of all electrical plant including Air Handling Units and their controls, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories)
- Knowledge and experience of BMS control systems
- Knowledge and experience of electrical installations, including wiring and testing
Qualifications
- Approved Electrical Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement
- Passed AM2 (English qualification) or SVQ level 3 Electrical qualification with a final trade test
- Approved Electrician with 18th Edition Accreditation is a minimum requirement
- Testing & Inspection 2391-52 Certification would be beneficial
