Location: Redgrave (covering sites within a 30-mile radius – company van provided)

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000

Shift: Monday to Friday – Days

A brand‑new opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a market‑leading FMCG manufacturing business in the Redgrave area. With multiple UK sites and ongoing investment in machinery and technology, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing company. This field‑based role covers sites within a 30‑mile radius and offers a strong work‑life balance with Monday‑to‑Friday day shift and clear progression opportunities.

You will be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault‑finding on production equipment, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Full UK driving licence
• C&G 2391 or equivalent

Requirements

• Strong electrical fault‑finding skills
• Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification
• Experience in a fast‑paced industrial environment

Desirable

• 2391 Test & Inspection qualification
• Experience in a field‑based or multi‑site role
