Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, write, review, and approve technical documents including:
• Operations and maintenance manuals
• Data sheets
• Design calculations
• Test certificates
• QA data books
• Plant machinery safety assessments
• Client project technical documents in line with deliverables
• SSS technical documentation in line with project deliverables

Ensure all technical documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to collect accurate and up-to-date technical data.

Provide a customer service-focused approach to documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for end users.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
