Job Description:

Call Centre Agent – Telford, TF3 4NT

Salary: £26,500.76 (based on a 40‑hour working week). 37.5‑ or 40‑hour contract options available.

Operational Hours: Shifts varying per client, available Monday to Friday 8 am–8 pm; Saturdays (1 in 3 per month) 8 am–2 pm.

31 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

Orbit Credit Services provides debt services to water clients and supports customers to achieve financial wellbeing. With over 200 employees at our Telford office, we focus on 5‑star customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers to achieve financial wellbeing.
  • Engage customers on inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Handle calls with vulnerable customers, providing solutions with care and empathy.
  • Work in small training teams during a 3‑week induction and then in regular shift patterns.

Qualifications

  • Recent college leaver or experienced customer service professional in retail, hospitality or care.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer service.
  • Basic credit check and criminal background check required; must have full right to work in the UK.
