About the Role
As a SWIFT Technical Consultant, you will collaborate with international clients to deliver exceptional customer support, especially when advanced troubleshooting is needed. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to help maintain and enhance SWIFT’s high-performance platforms. Additionally, your responsibilities include participating in a monthly on-call rotation and handling complex customer onboarding projects.

- The team supports hundreds of customers using the service, with excellence
- The team operates critical infrastructure running 24/7 over multiple sites
- Engineer lead software provides SWIFT applications expertise both internally & externally
What You Will Be Doing
- Level 3 customer support and monthly on-call rota
- As Engineer lead software, you are highly involved in service improvements, evolutions and upgrades of the platform
- Improve platform with automation
- Manage customer onboarding projects
What You Will Need
- Knowledge of SWIFT general concepts & messaging protocols
- Strong experience of SWIFT Alliance software suite (Access, Gateway) +5 years
- Strong experience with OS administration (Linux or Windows)
- Experience with scripting languages (OS shell, Python) and/or automation (Ansible)
- High level of autonomy, advanced English speaker, optionally French speaker
- Experience with devops automation (Ansible/Jenkins)
