Experience Management Consultant (XM/Qualtrics)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/software engineering/IT
• Proven working experience in data collection through research, coordinating data rules, monitoring performance metrics, analytical approaches, and driving actionable insights as well as telling an actionable story
• API integration and proficiency in creating and troubleshooting technical workflows (min. 3 years’ experience)
• Implementing and managing XM technologies for customer, users, products, and services experience particularly in Qualtrics XM implementations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Qualtrics XM, Confluence, Jira
• Experienced with software such as Power BI
• Custom coding skills like JSON, DAX, Javascript, Python is plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
