In this role, you’ll work across a range of projects, partnering with stakeholders to understand what’s needed and making sure the right solutions are delivered.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead business analysis activity across large and complex projects, often working across multiple initiatives at once. Alongside this, you’ll support and guide other Business Analysts, helping to ensure a consistent, high standard of work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing BA outputs and providing constructive feedback
  • Supporting BAs with structuring epics and user stories

You’ll also be involved early in the project lifecycle, leading discovery and scoping activities. This includes analysing backlog items and change requests, understanding scope, and contributing to high‑level designs and statements of work.

About you

You’ll be an experienced Lead Business Analyst who is comfortable working at both a strategic and detailed level.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading business analysis on large, complex projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Confidence supporting and developing other Business Analysts
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and ways of working

Team and leadership

This role also includes a strong team focus. You’ll support and mentor other BAs, share knowledge and best practice, and help drive consistency across the team.

In return my client can offer flexible hybrid working of 2 days per week on‑site and a salary of up to £65,000.
