We are now looking for a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful team in Newcastle.

About the Role

You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience, combining strong product knowledge with a consultative sales approach to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships
  • Develop strong product knowledge across jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury shopping experience
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and passion
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance store performance and visual merchandising

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail (jewellery preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working with high-end clientele is advantageous
  • Confident communication and telephone manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and passion for luxury products
  • Competitive salary + commission
