Fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or CILEX with strong claimant clinical negligence experience to join a growing and highly regarded Clinical Negligence team. This national firm is well known for its specialist litigation work, long standing partnerships with major insurers and membership organisations, and its consistent presence in legal rankings.
You’ll handle a varied caseload of complex and high value clinical negligence matters, both pre and post issue. Alongside running your own files, you’ll play a key part in supervising and developing a small team of case handlers, contributing to the group’s ongoing success.
This hybrid role requires attendance in the Cardiff office two days per week, with the remainder worked from home.
We’re looking for someone confident, organised and motivated, with a genuine passion for claimant clinical negligence work.
Experience with Legal Expense Insurance, publicly funded matters or CFA arrangements would be beneficial.
