We're looking for an experienced, proactive PA to join a busy family office in Chelsea, supporting both the principal's business needs and the wider family. No two days are the same, and fit matters above all. We want someone personable, organised and ready to get stuck in. A background in private household, family office or senior executive PA work is strongly preferred.

You’ll manage a packed schedule across business and family life, and coordinate extensive travel across every school holiday. The family also travels internationally for around four months of the year, so seamless logistics and the ability to work independently in their absence are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Diary & schedule management — business and personal
• Travel & logistics — flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries
• Lifestyle management — restaurants, events and personal errands
• Family coordination — children's schedules and activities
• Household staff management
• Medical appointments
• Vehicle management

Hours: 9:00-6:00pm, 5 days in office
