Description
- Process end to end outsourced monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Maintain detailed payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant authorities.
- Assist with pension contributions and other deductions as required.
- Ensure compliance with tax and employment legislation in payroll processes.
- Support internal audits and implement recommendations related to payroll.
Profile
- 5+ years experience in payroll processing and familiarity with payroll software.
- Immediately available or on a 1 / 2 week notice.
- Strong knowledge end to end outsourced payroll across the UK and republic of Ireland.
- Proficiency in accounting and finance principles relevant to payroll (payroll reconciliations and payroll journals).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
