Site Services Team LeaderLocation: SpaldingPilgrim’s Europe is seeking a proactive Site Services Team Leader to support the day‑to‑day operation of site services within a chilled FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Site Services engineering team
• Provide technical support across boilers, refrigeration, utilities, air handling systems, compressors and effluent plant
• Ensure PPMs, job sheets and corrective maintenance are completed on time
• Support production start‑ups and attend daily engineering KPI meetings
• Manage breakdowns, work orders and contractor activity, including permits
• Maintain audit readiness, documentation, SSOWs, SOPs and housekeeping standards
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety policies
• Record all work and parts usage on Holistech
• Drive continuous improvement, minimise downtime and control costs
• Work flexibly to meet business shift requirements

Skills & Experience

• Experience leading or coordinating an engineering team
• Strong electrical and mechanical engineering knowledge
• FMCG or chilled manufacturing experience preferred
• Competent IT skills, including Holistech
• Self‑motivated team player with strong safety awareness

Qualifications

• BOAS
• Asbestos Awareness
• Refrigeration plant familiarity
