Argentic Associates is a new company supporting individuals and organisations to maximise the impact of large‑scale philanthropic capital. We combine rigorous analysis, data‑led insight and sound judgement with a human-centric, collaborative approach. As we grow, we are seeking an additional colleague to join us as Operations Manager. This is an opportunity to contribute to high‑quality, purpose‑driven work in a small and ambitious organisation, and to help shape how we operate as we develop.
The role
The role will involve supporting the delivery of Argentic Associates’ work across research, analysis, planning and project activity. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the organisation and delivery of projects
- Contributing to research and analysis
- Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to build strong professional relationships
- Contributing to the development of this growing organisation

- Research and analytical capability
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted working relationships
We are open to applicants from diverse professional backgrounds and career stages and are flexible on working pattern, including full‑time or part‑time arrangements. The role will involve regular London meetings and occasional travel.
Because of our desire to remain flexible we are not advertising a specific salary but will ensure that the salary offered is competitive and commensurate with the skills and experience of the candidate.
