We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen, Scotland. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repairs.
- Greet customers professionally and listen to their vehicle concerns to understand service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance, explaining procedures and costs clearly.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Update customers on the progress of their vehicle servicing and communicate any additional repairs needed.
- Ensure all service documentation and customer records are accurately maintained.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive service experience.
