Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Warminster area who are actively looking to recruit an Office Manager on a temporary basis.
What you will be doing?
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other Board Members.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and ensuring efficient time management.
- Organise travel,booking hotels and event spaces.
- Act as a key point of contact for the executive team, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What you will need to succeed?
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in standard office software
What you will receive in return?
- Hybrid work
- £37k per annum
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours and week
