About The Role
As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll act as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every interaction is clear, supportive, and stress‑free. You will welcome customers, set expectations, keep them updated, and ensure they leave happy with the service they’ve received.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing customer communication throughout the service or repair process
- Clearly setting expectations and providing timely updates
- Advising on additional products or services that may benefit the customer
- Meeting targets while maintaining exceptional service levels
- Following up to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership
- A full UK driving licence
