So, what will you be doing?
- Processing customer sales orders accurately and on the day of receipt
- Ensuring orders meet agreed account requirements to minimise additional costs
- Managing and resolving delivery issues and customer complaints
- Liaising with internal teams to elevate or resolve supply-related queries
- Maintaining accurate ERP data including stock, pricing, and product information
- Producing regular reports, forecasts, and updates
- Processing import and export documentation to prevent delays
- Following company processes to ensure right-first-time service
- Supporting the wider team and providing cover during annual leave
- A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
- Confidence handling conflict and resolving challenges professionally
