What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a relationship builder and connector across organisations
- Leading and overseeing cross‑organisational projects of varying scale and complexity
- Providing transformation and project management expertise to drive real change
- Strengthening partnerships to support a future model of Neighbourhood Health, delivered by integrated teams
- Being part of a growing Programme Management Office, shaping the County Durham approach to neighbourhood‑based, integrated services
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering cross‑organisational projects, ideally in health, social care and/or the voluntary sector
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with senior clinical and business leaders
- Experience of change management and leading or supporting teams
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for co‑design, co‑production and tackling inequalities
