The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team, supporting the rollout and ongoing management of our LSC Supplier Portal. This role will be central to managing supplier onboarding and Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) processes, ensuring all suppliers are approved through a controlled, compliant procurement route. You will act as the key coordination point between internal teams, Procurement and suppliers, managing the end‑to‑end onboarding journey from initial request through to approval, ensuring all supplier data and compliance documentation is complete and accurate. This is a critical role supporting both the implementation phase of a new system and its transition into business‑as‑usual operations.
