Business Development Manager - Mercedes Benz
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 Basic + £20,000 bonus OTE
Flexible working option available after successful probation period.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer experience to current and potentialcustomers toensure satisfaction and retention.
- Actively setting out to achieve and exceed both personal and departmentalsales objectives, proactivelyidentifying,canvassingand securing potential local business. This includes Commercial Vehicles whereappropriate.
- Delivering a thoughtful, personalised sales process whichdemonstratesa thorough understanding of the customer throughout.
- Maintaining and developing long term relationships with all current and potential customers from the existing database and prospecting, including conducting regular review meetings with management.
- Writing and presentingappropriateand professional business proposals whenrequired.
- Developing the sale ofappropriate Financeand Insurance packages to customers,in accordance withFCA best practise to ensure that agreedobjectivesare achieved.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (no motor trade experience needed).
- Strong people skills – confident, professional, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).
