Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager (Piling / Groundworks) to oversee and coordinate groundworks and piling projects in Ormskirk, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise groundworks and piling projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client requirements.
- Oversee site operations, liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to maintain safety and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
