Customer Service Executive – Prudential Guaranteed Income Plan
Location: Stirling (Hybrid working: 3 days from home)

- Work with digital tools that make service faster and smarter
- Handle interesting, complex cases (not just the easy ones!)

What you’ll be doing
- Owning customer and adviser cases from start to finish – because great service means following things through
- Handling enquiries with confidence across phone and written communication
- Welcoming new customers on board, setting them up smoothly and accurately from day one
- Resolving complex and exception‑based queries, especially following the launch of Digital Account
- Championing digital, helping customers and advisers see how easy and beneficial Digital Account can be
- Ensuring everything is accurate and compliant, spotting risks or issues and escalating when needed
- Supporting investment, banking, and reconciliation tasks, always meeting SLAs and quality standards
- Sharing ideas to make things better, reducing repeat enquiries and improving customer outcomes
- Achieving competency in accordance with T&C Governance Scheme
- Keeping knowledge fresh, staying up to date with pensions, processes, and regulations

The practical stuff
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working – 3 days at home, 2 days in the office
- Based in Stirling
- Rotating shifts between:
- 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
- 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
