Supply Chain Quality Manager

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Quality Manager looking to join a dynamic and innovative aerospace organisation? This company is seeking a talented and dedicated professional to oversee the quality assurance and delivery of critical components in their supply chain. As the Supply Chain Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to support the company’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage milestones and product life cycle reviews to protect business operations.
- Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee equipment suppliers and ensure contract execution.
- Maintain on-time, on-quality, and on-cost (OQOTOC) performance.
- Lead progress meetings, gate reviews, change management, and non-conformity processes.
- Provide key support to the development team by bringing industrial manufacturing expertise.
- Perform effective control of supplier activities and manage relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- An engineering or master’s degree in a related field.
- Background in procurement, quality, programmes/projects, production/AIT, or engineering project management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to negotiate at a high level.
- Willingness to travel for business needs (typically 1-2 times per month).
